Getting The COVID-19 Vaccine? Our advice on Covid-19 vaccination preparation:

As we noticed that people with strong immune system get bigger reactions to the vaccination, we thought it would be helpful to share a few tips.

Here is what you can do during the whole week prior to the vaccination to help your body go through it, and lower side effects:

1- Avoid any source of alcohol, drink a lot of water and get lots of sleep (at least 8 hours per night the week preceding your vaccine)

2- Take supplements: Vitamin C, D3 and zinc

3- Try to pair zinc and quercitin with foods, all organic such as eating foods rich in quercetin: watercress, cilantro, radicchio, asparagus, onions, elderberry, cranberry, blueberry, blackberry, apples
– eat foods rich in zinc: seeds like hemp, pumpkin, sesame seeds, raw cashew. Lentils, soak them first.

4- Add selenium to your diet:  eat 2 raw Brazil nuts per day if you are not allergic to them.

5- Take probiotics (at least 25 billions)

6- Avoid all dairy products

7- Take organic garlic capsules

Should you choose to get vaccinated, we prefer the Moderna over the Pfizer, as it generates less side effects. We also recommend to reach out to an integrative medicine doctor if you have an auto-immune disease. If you can wait to get the Astra Zeneca or the Johnson & Johnson, we strongly recommend to do so!

As we navigate through this pandemic, we wish you all the best! Keep taking your Vitamin C, D3, zinc, probiotics and organic garlic capsules on an everyday basis to strengthen your immune system. Stay healthy, exercise and sleep well!
